- Accounting and tax obligations — ground: legal obligation.
4. How and where
4.1. Data is processed automatically and stored on servers of our hosting provider.
4.2. We and the persons we have entrusted with support have access; access in the administration area is limited by role, and every action is logged.
4.3. The Site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Only technical ones: the chosen colour theme and the order link in the current browser tab.
5. Who receives data
- The payment service shown on the payment page — order number, amount, currency and what it needs to take the payment.
- The e-mail delivery service Resend, Inc. (USA) — the recipient’s e-mail and the text of the letter (order number, VIN, installation code, order link), only to deliver the letter.
- Telegram messenger (Telegram Messenger Inc.) — notifications to us about orders (order number, no e-mail or links) and the text of contact form messages with the contact for the reply.
- Public authorities — only when the law requires it.
5.2. Data is not sold or passed on for advertising.
6. How long we keep it
- Paid orders, the licence and its binding to the car — while the licence is valid (it is perpetual) or until you ask to delete the data. Without the binding, Wayglass cannot be recovered or reinstalled.
- Unpaid and cancelled orders — 1 year.
- Installer reports and head unit details — 3 years.
- Contact form messages — 3 years.
- Accounting records — as the law requires.
6.2. When the term ends or the purpose is achieved, the data is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
7.1. You may access your data, ask to correct or delete it, restrict or object to processing, receive your data in a portable form, and complain to the data protection authority of your country.
7.2. Contact us by phone +995 511175473, by e-mail info@wayglass.info, on Telegram @wayglass or through the contact form, with the order number and the e-mail given in the order. We answer within 30 days.
7.3. Deleting the data of a paid licence makes recovery and reinstallation impossible; data we must keep by law is kept for the term the law sets.
8. Protection
8.1. The connection to the Site is encrypted (HTTPS). Installation codes are stored in a form from which the code cannot be restored, and for showing to the buyer — encrypted.
9. Changes
9.1. A new version of the policy is published on the Site; earlier versions remain available at their addresses.
