Terms of Sale (licence agreement)
The terms on which we grant the right to use Wayglass programs. By paying for an order you accept these terms.
Version of 30 October 2026 · in force
1. General
1.1. These Terms are an offer by Individual Entrepreneur SERGEI IAMSKOI (identification number 300489558), Georgia (the Licensor), to conclude a licence agreement on the terms below with any natural person of full legal capacity (the Licensee).
1.2. The Licensee accepts the Terms by paying for an order on https://wayglass.info (the Site) after ticking the agreement with the Terms in the order form. Upon payment the agreement is concluded on the version of the Terms in force when the order was placed.
1.3. The Licensor is not affiliated with BMW AG, Apple Inc., Google LLC or their representatives. The names BMW, CarPlay, Android Auto and others are used only to describe compatibility.
1.4. The Licensor may refuse to conclude the agreement with a person acting in bad faith: giving knowingly false data (including the VIN of someone else’s car), trying to circumvent the Program’s protection or abusing the right to a refund. A payment already received is refunded in full.
1.5. No registration on the Site is needed to buy: the order is placed with an e-mail, and the order page opens by the link sent to it. Accounts on the Site are only for partners under the Reseller Terms.
2. Terms used
- Program — a computer program from the Site catalogue (for example, Wayglass: CarPlay navigation guidance on the head-up display and the instrument cluster) named in the order.
- Head unit — the BMW NBT Evo multimedia unit of the Licensee’s car.
- VIN — the vehicle identification number given by the Licensee in the order.
- Installation code — a unique code with which the Wayglass installer installs the Program and activates the licence.
- Activation — the first successful use of the Installation code, when the licence is bound to the pair “head unit + VIN”.
- Installer — the Licensor’s computer program that installs, updates and removes the Program; available on the Site.
3. Licence
3.1. The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive licence to use the Program: to write it to the memory of one Head unit and use it as intended in one car — the pair “Head unit + VIN” bound at Activation.
3.2. The licence is perpetual. Territory — worldwide.
3.3. The Licensee may not grant sublicences, pass the Installation code to others, move the licence to another car or head unit, decompile or modify the Program or circumvent its protection, except where the law expressly allows it.
3.4. Updates the Licensor releases for the same Program are included in the licence; the Licensor is not obliged to release updates.
4. Price and payment
4.1. The price of the licence is shown on the Site in euros. The price is fixed in the order and does not change afterwards. If your card is in another currency, your bank or the payment service converts the amount at its own rate.
4.2. Payment is made through the payment service shown on the payment page. The Licensor does not receive or store card details.
4.3. Taxes, if any, are included in the price shown.
4.4. An order not paid within 24 hours is cancelled.
5. Delivery
5.1. Delivery is electronic. Once the payment service confirms the payment, the Licensor automatically issues the Installation code and sends it to the e-mail of the order; the same code is shown on the order page by the link in the e-mail. The licence is granted when the Installation code becomes available to the Licensee.
5.2. The installer and the installation guide are on the Site (Download). Installation needs a computer (macOS, Windows or Linux) and an ENET cable.
5.3. At the first Activation the installer reads the VIN and the serial number of the Head unit from the car; the licence is bound to this pair. The Installation code works only for the car with the VIN of the order.
5.4. A mistake in the VIN is corrected on request through the contact form while the Installation code is unused.
5.5. Delivery times and what to do if the code has not arrived — see Delivery.
6. Compatibility
6.1. Before paying, the Licensee enters the software version of the Head unit, and the Site shows whether it is verified: in a car, by code, not verified, not compatible. Orders for a version that is not compatible are not accepted.
6.2. If the version is not verified in a car, the Licensee confirms with a separate tick that they understand the risk: the Program may not work or may work only in part. The Licensee is advised to send the head unit details before installing with wayglass dump --code CODE (the installer only reads data and changes nothing).
6.3. The Program depends on the phone, its navigation app, CarPlay and the car’s equipment. The Licensor does not guarantee compatibility with every combination and is not responsible for changes in third-party services.
7. Changing the factory software. Risks
7.1. The Program changes the software of the Head unit installed by the manufacturer. The Licensee understands this, accepts the related risks and is responsible for the consequences of installation, including on an unverified software version.
7.2. Installation may affect the warranty of the manufacturer or the dealer. A software update of the car at a dealer may remove the Program; it can be installed again with the same Installation code.
7.3. The Program can be removed with the installer (the remove command); removal restores the changed files.
8. Warranty and liability
8.1. The Program is provided “as is”. The Licensor fixes reported errors within a reasonable time but does not guarantee that the Program is free of errors or works without interruption.
8.2. The Licensor is not liable for lost profit and indirect damage, for the consequences of using the Program contrary to the guide or these Terms, or for the actions of third parties (the manufacturer, dealers, developers of navigation apps).
8.3. The Licensor’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the licence, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
8.4. The guidance on the display is an aid. The driver is responsible for following the traffic rules and must not operate the Program while driving.
9. Force majeure
9.1. The parties are not liable for failing to perform their obligations if this is caused by events beyond their reasonable control: natural disasters, fires, epidemics, acts of authorities, outages of communication networks and power.
9.2. If such an event lasts more than 60 days, either party may withdraw from the agreement; the amount paid for an unused Installation code is refunded.
10. Refund
10.1. While the Installation code is unused (no Activation), the Licensee may withdraw from the agreement and get the full amount back. By using the Installation code the Licensee asks for the digital content to be supplied at once and acknowledges that the right to withdraw is then lost; after Activation the money is not refunded, except as required by law.
10.2. The refund is made to the same payment method within 10 working days of the request. How to request a refund — see the Refund Policy.
11. Support
11.1. Questions about installing and using the Program — by phone +995 511175473, by e-mail info@wayglass.info, on Telegram @wayglass or through the contact form.
11.2. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00 Tbilisi time (GMT+4). Messages are answered on working days, usually within two days.
12. Personal data
12.1. To perform the agreement the Licensor processes the Licensee’s personal data (e-mail, VIN, head unit serial number and others) as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2. The Licensor keeps the Licensee’s information confidential and discloses it to third parties only as described in the Privacy Policy or where the law requires it.
13. Disputes and governing law
13.1. Disputes are settled by negotiation first: write to the Licensor by phone +995 511175473, by e-mail info@wayglass.info, on Telegram @wayglass or through the contact form; we answer within 10 days.
13.2. These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. A dispute that is not settled goes to the competent courts of Georgia. This does not deprive a consumer of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where they live.
14. Changes to the Terms
14.1. The Licensor may change the Terms by publishing a new version on the Site. Paid orders keep the version accepted when ordering; earlier versions remain available on the Site.
15. Other terms
15.1. If a party does not use its right when the other party breaches the agreement, this does not waive that right, now or for similar breaches in the future.
15.2. If a provision of these Terms is invalid, the rest remain in force.
15.3. Links to third-party sites and materials on the Site are for information; the Licensor is not responsible for their content or for the consequences of using them.
