Delivery

What you receive

Wayglass programs are delivered electronically only; there are no physical goods and no shipping costs.

• An installation code — sent to the e-mail of the order and shown on the order page by the link in the e-mail.
• The installer and the installation guide — on the Download page, free of charge.

When

The code is issued automatically as soon as the payment service confirms the payment — usually within a few minutes, at any time of day. Payments that need extra checks by the payment service may take longer.

If you ordered for a software version that is not supported yet, the code is issued at once as well, but the program installs only after support for that version is released.

An order not paid within 24 hours is cancelled.

Installation

You install the program yourself with the installer: a computer (macOS, Windows or Linux) and an ENET cable are needed, or a USB flash drive after the first installation. The code works only for the car with the VIN of the order.

If the code has not arrived

Check the spam folder and the order page. If the code is not there within an hour of payment, contact us by phone +995 511175473, by e-mail info@wayglass.info, on Telegram @wayglass or through the contact form with the order number (WG-…). Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00 Tbilisi time (GMT+4).
